1. Promotion Overview

This promotion is organised by ClaimsCo Pty Ltd, trading as Rebuild Relief (ABN: 78 648 518 165 | AFSL 530925), located at PO BOX 3649 Helensvale Town Centre, QLD, 4212, ("the Promoter", "we", "us", or "our"). Participants have the chance to win a $2,500 Flight Centre Travel Voucher or a cash prize of $2,000, by booking a free roof inspection during the promotional period.

2. Promotional Period

The promotion begins at 12:00 AM AEST on 1st August 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 22nd September 2025 ("Promotion Period"). The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Promotion Period at its sole discretion, with any extension to be announced on the Promoter's website and social media channels. All inspections must be booked by Rebuild Relief within the Promotion Period (including any extensions) to be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over who are legal homeowners of residential properties located within the Promoter's serviceable areas (see Clause 4). For properties to be eligible must have metal roofs. 

Employees, contractors, and agents of Rebuild Relief and ClaimsCo Pty Ltd, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

4. Serviceable Areas

This promotion is open to homeowners across Queensland and New South Wales whose property is in a region that has been affected by hail storms in the prior 5 years. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a property qualifies as within a serviceable area, and may include additional areas at its discretion on an individual basis.

5. Entry Conditions

To enter, eligible participants must: 

a) Book a free roof inspection during the Promotion Period via the Promoter's website, phone, or authorised field agent between the 1st August 2025 and 22nd September 2025.

​

b) Provide all required contact details: full name, valid email address, and phone number. 

c) Only one entry per property is permitted, by the lawful homeowner. If the same person owns multiple properties and has multiple inspections conducted on those properties, they may enter into the draw on a per-property basis.

6. Bonus Entries

Participants may receive additional entries through the following actions:

a) Tag a Friend: Tagging friends in the official giveaway post comments on Facebook or Instagram, to maximum 10 bonus entries. 

b) Share to Story or Page: Sharing the official giveaway post to their Instagram or Facebook Page or Story and tagging @rebuildrelief or @RebuildReliefAus (1 bonus entry). Each person can earn a maximum of 10 bonus entries through Page and/or Story shares.

c) Referral: Referring a new eligible participant who books and completes a roof inspection (1 bonus entry per successful referral). Bonus Entry Validity and Responsibility

While the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to monitor and validate all eligible bonus entries, it is the participant's responsibility to ensure their actions are visible and traceable. Social media actions must clearly tag the Promoter's official accounts and be publicly visible at the time of the draw. Referral bookings must include the referring participant's full name. If any bonus entries are not automatically registered, the participant must notify the Promoter before the prize draw date. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that cannot be verified, due to platform limitations, privacy settings, system errors or due to errors in submissions by the referrer. The Promoter reserves the right to accept or reject bonus entries at its sole discretion.

7. Prizes

1st Prize: Flight Centre Vouchers valued at $2,500 AUD, OR cash option of $2,000. 

2nd Prize: Gift voucher(s) valued at $1,000. 

3rd Prize: Gift voucher(s) valued at $200.

All prizes are inclusive of GST. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and subject to the issuer's own terms and conditions, including usage restrictions and expiry dates. Cash options (where available) will be paid via bank transfer.

8. Winner Publicity and Marketing Consent

By entering this promotion, participants consent to the publication of their first name and suburb on the Promoter's website and social media accounts if they win a prize. Winners may opt out of this publication by notifying the Promoter within 7 days of being contacted about their win.

For any additional promotional activities beyond basic winner announcement (such as photographs, videos, interviews, or use of full name/image), the Promoter will seek separate written consent from winners, prior to publication. Participation in such additional activities is entirely voluntary and will not affect prize entitlement.

9. Winner Selection and Draw

Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries to ensure fairness. The draw will take place at 3:00 PM AEST on 29th of September 2025, at Rebuild Relief Head Office and will be broadcast live on the Rebuild Relief Instagram account (@rebuildrelief).

10. Winner Notification and Claiming Prizes

Winners will be notified by email and telephone within 7 business days of the draw. Winners must respond within 14 calendar days of notification to claim their prize. The Promoter may request verification of identity and property ownership before awarding prizes. Winners' first names and suburbs may be published on the Promoter's website and/or social media channels.

11. Unclaimed Prize Draw

If any prize is not claimed within the specified period in Clause 9, a redraw will occur on 29th September 2025 under the same conditions. The new winner will be notified via the contact details provided at time of entry.

12. Privacy and Data Collection

By entering this promotion, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and using personal information (full name, email, phone) for administering this promotion, conducting roof inspections, and direct marketing communications. All data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy (available at rebuildrelief.com.au) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

13. Disqualification and General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, misleading, involves manipulation of the bonus entry system, or breaches these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final and binding. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws.

14. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in this promotion or use of prizes. The Promoter does not warrant the availability or functionality of booking platforms or social media services during the Promotion Period.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform. Participants understand that they are providing information to Rebuild Relief and not to any social media platform.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
