TERMS AND CONIDITIONS

ROMA, 4455, QLD - Hail Photo Contest  

Terms and Conditions by CLAIMSCO PTY LTD T/A as Rebuild Relief (ABN 78 648 518 165)

 

1. Eligibility:

  • The Hail Photo Contest (hereafter referred to as "Contest") is open to residents of Queensland & New South Wales, Australia, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees of CLAIMSCO PTY LTD and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

  • The Photo must be of the most recent Hail storm located in ROMA, 4455, QLD
     

2. Entry Period:

  • The Contest will commence on 18th November, 2023 and will conclude on 1st, December 2023.


3. How to Enter:

To enter the Contest, participants must:

  • Post their best hail photo on the Rebuild Relief Facebook or social media post or profile.

  • Ensure that their post's privacy settings are set to "public" so that CLAIMSCO PTY LTD can view the entry.

  • The Winner must be contactable via their social media profile to obtain the original photo and verify it is theirs.

 

4. Winner Selection:

  •  The winner will be selected based on the creativity, quality, and relevance of their hail photo comment.

  •  The winning entry will be chosen by CLAIMSCO PTY LTD, and their decision will be final.

 

5. Prize:

  •  The winner will receive an e-gift card prize worth $250 (Australian Dollars).

  •  The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

 

6. Winner Notification:

  • The winner will be announced on ReBuild Relief's official social media pages within 7 days after the Contest's conclusion.

  • The winner will also be contacted via direct message on the social media platform where they posted their entry. They must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.

7. Publicity:

  • By entering the Contest, participants grant CLAIMSCO PTY LTD the right to use their name, social media handle, and hail photo for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 

8. Image Usage Rights:

  • Participants grant CLAIMSCO PTY LTD and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display the submitted hail photos, including any associated comments, for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, using the images on CLAIMSCO PTY LTD's official website, social media channels, and other marketing materials. Participants understand and agree that they will not be entitled to any compensation or royalties for the use of their submitted photos. CLAIMSCO PTY LTD will make reasonable efforts to provide attribution to the participants whenever the images are used. Participants also confirm that they have obtained all necessary permissions and rights to use and share the submitted photos and that the photos do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

 

9. Privacy:

  • Any personal information provided during the Contest will be used in accordance with CLAIMSCO PTY LTD's Privacy Policy.

 

10. General Conditions:

  •  CLAIMSCO PTY LTD reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.

  • CLAIMSCO PTY LTD reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at any time for any reason.

 

11. Liability:

  • CLAIMSCO PTY LTD and its affiliates are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the Contest.

 

12. Governing Law:

  •  This Contest is governed by the laws of the state of Queensland, Australia.

Participants release Facebook and any other social media platform from any liability associated with this Contest.
