Up to $750 Excess Coverage Promotion Terms and Conditions

The Up to $750 Excess Coverage Promotion (“Promotion”) is an exclusive offer provided by Rebuild Relief (“Company”) to assist eligible property owners impacted by hailstorms. The Promotion is designed to help offset insurance excess costs for clients who engage Rebuild Relief to provide insurance claims handling and management services.

Eligibility

​

To qualify for the Promotion, participants must meet all of the following criteria:

a. Be at least 18 years of age and the legal owner of a residential property located in a hail-affected area as determined by Rebuild Relief.
b. Have held a valid insurance policy covering storm or hail damage at the time of the hail event.
c. Have sustained confirmed hail damage to a metal roof (or other areas Rebuild Relief agrees to manage) as assessed or accepted by Rebuild Relief.
d. Sign and return the Company’s Engagement Agreement, authorising Rebuild Relief to manage the insurance claim on their behalf.
e. Employees of Rebuild Relief and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Promotion Offer

​

a. Eligible participants will receive up to $750 towards their insurance excess, credited as part of the claims management process.
b. Rebuild Relief will cover the full amount of your insurance excess up to $750. If your excess exceeds $750, Rebuild Relief will contribute $750 toward the total excess amount.
c. The coverage will be applied on successful settlement of the insurance claim.
d. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers and is available only once per property.
e. This offer has no cash value and is not transferable.

Terms of Engagement

​

a. Participants must return all required documentation within timeframes specified by Rebuild Relief.
b. Rebuild Relief reserves the right to decline claims it deems ineligible, unviable, or unsuitable for management.
c. If the insurance claim is withdrawn, cancelled, or otherwise not successfully settled, the participant will not be eligible for the excess coverage benefit.
d. The Promotion is conditional on full cooperation with the claims process and completion of any requirements as outlined in the Engagement Agreement.

Promotion Availability

​

a. This Promotion is available from the 1st of June until the 20th of June 2025 and may be withdrawn, paused, or amended at any time at the sole discretion of Rebuild Relief, without notice.
b. The Promotion does not guarantee availability or acceptance into the program and is subject to capacity, claim viability, and internal eligibility reviews.
c. Rebuild Relief currently manages eligible insurance claims within Armidale and surrounding areas affected by hail. Eligibility is subject to Rebuild Relief’s assessment of storm impact and claim viability within this region.

Compliance and Disqualification

​

a. Participants must comply with these terms and all applicable laws.
b. Rebuild Relief reserves the right to cancel participation if any false, misleading, or dishonest information is provided or if any fraudulent behaviour is identified.

Data Privacy

​

Rebuild Relief handles all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Disputes

​

Any disputes relating to this Promotion will be handled at the sole discretion of Rebuild Relief. For more information, participants can refer to our complaints and dispute resolution policy:

Governing Law

​

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland (our Headquarters) and the applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. By participating, all applicants acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and the decisions of Rebuild Relief, which are final and binding in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
